Jan is first and foremost a strategic thinker with the ability to simultaneously see the big picture and articulate a path – resources, processes, & business model – for successful strategy execution. She applies this skill to build strategies for organizations ranging from early stage start-ups to mature multibillion dollar businesses.

This capability is a direct result of 20+ years of experience supporting strategy development in a range of industries, across a broad spectrum of technologies, in both small and large businesses and spanning both business to business and government markets

Jan holds an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. An essential compliment to her first passion - a lifelong interest in the power of strategic thinking - In her free time, Jan pursues her second passion, ultradistance road biking.
